Welcome to Oxygen Grants (OG for short).
This is an initiative by Carlos Jarquin. His mission is to identify, fund, and foster ambitious people and pursuits in underserved communities across The United States.
Oxygen Grants gives $100 to students competing in California's 29th Congressional District (CA-29) Art Competition and the Congressional App Challenge.
Our focus is to fund CA-29 applicants, but we will consider other Californian congressional districts in the greater Los Angeles area based on financial need to compete in their congressional district's Art Competition and the Congressional App Challenge.

If you are competing and need funds, apply for an Oxygen Grant. We'll respond via email within five days if we decide to proceed.
P.S. - Why did we call it Oxygen Grants? Because to have someone believe in your work is a breath of fresh air to the soul. And that makes us the OG's in your life.
